Our team works closely with participants, and support coordinators to facilitate the development of a Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) by an NDIS approved Behaviour Support Practitioner for all ongoing regulated Restrictive. We ensure that our support workers are trained to identify Restrictive Practices, use Restrictive Practices as prescribed in the BSP and implement proactive behaviour support strategies. Our team upholds all the principles for use of Restrictive Practices including utilising the least Restrictive Practice possible as a last resort for the shortest time possible. We ensure initiatives are in place to reduce and or eliminate Restrictive Practices to enhance participants’ quality of life.

Supported Independent Living: Supported Independent Living (SIL) is NDIS funding designed to help individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible. It is often available when your regular care team is unavailable or as an opportunity for you to experience new activities in a fresh environment. Our STA services cover all expenses within a 24-hour period, including personal care assistance, accommodation, meals, and engaging activities.
